Today is day 35 of encouraging myself to write every single day, without fail. I have identified a few road blocks in the way of The Parallel having a cohesive outline. I think I need to be more deliberate in my character choices and premise. I have a vision, an idea, for the project, but I do not believe that will be enough to execute it to a high standard. One thing is above all else, however: to fall in love with the art of writing once again, and forever.

Even by typing out these blog-style paragraphs, I am proving myself to be more disciplined than I first thought. If I could keep it up, that would be some revelation. A breakthrough.

I make a lot of empty promises. I just pray this is the one which will break out of the mold.

Sincerely, I want to thank those of you who continue to support my creative endeavours, without ever having given you a real reason to believe in me.

Maybe this time you will again.

And just maybe I will.
